Del Ray Artisans Undecided: A Dialog between Artist and Viewer (DRA Members Only)
Receiving: Sunday, May 30, 2010 from 6-9pm and Monday, May 31, 2010 from 6-9pm
This all-member, all-media show offers artists and viewers a chance to observe how we all respond to art—our own and that of others. There are no thematic requirements for this exhibit; however, your artwork will be displayed with the titles hidden from view. Beside each artwork will be a sheet on which viewers may write in a title for your masterpiece. "Undecided" is about the process of creating art from life and noticing how subjects, or titles, emerge. It is also an exploration of the mysterious ways in which the viewer is moved by the images or forms created. We ask the viewers to articulate that exchange by offering a title for a work that moves them.

This show celebrates that global inspiration.
