This is a special DRA Members Only email designed to provide late-breaking opportunities.

Urgently seeking Volunteers for Art Camp!

Spend a morning, afternoon, day, or all week with inspired teachers and 25 excited young art campers, as we travel "Around the World in 5 Days" learning and having fun all the way! We still need some more DRA volunteers to make this happen. Below are some of the specific tasks we need help with:

• Saturday, July 23rd, from 12-5pm
  • Laying down the floor protectant
  • cutting mat boards
  • assembling the students' passports
  • setting out materials/tables/chairs (after the floor protectant is laid out)
  
  
• Monday-Friday, July 25th-29th, 9am-4pm (whenever & however long you can help!)
  • setting up lunches
  • mingling with and keeping the kids occupied
  • keeping supplies/gallery organized
  • parent hand-off in the morning and afternoon
  
  
• Friday, July 29th, 5-9pm
  • putting tables and chairs away
  • organizing and packing Art Camp materials
  • removing the floor protectant
  • preparing for the Art Camp exhibition that will run Saturday afternoon
  
  
• Saturday, July 30th, 12-4ish
  • set out food (light refreshments)
  • help with Art Camp exhibition
  • pack up after exhibition is over
