Del Ray Artisans

New Website!

Starting August 1, 2016, the old website will no longer be updated. Please visit our new website now!

This show explores the "Bag as Art" in all mediums and interpretations - handbags, backpacks, tea bags, suitcases, sacks, paper or plastic. The show will be embraced by the recycle, reuse and repurpose community with latch hooked plastic bags made into modern day wall tapestries as well as decorative and more functional items. This show will be fantastic!

There will be a special Bag Marketplace where artists will offer "cash & carry" items. This marketplace will run throughout the show during gallery hours. There will also be an ongoing
collection of donated food and clothes for area shelters.

The gallery is free, open to the public and handicap accessible. For more information, please visit or contact Theresa Kulstad, 703-283-0399 or or Karen Schmitz, 703-232-4526 or
