Board of Director
positions usually involve 4-6 hours per month. To date help largely has
come from a very small group of tireless souls.
This core group has been
forced to do triple and quadruple duty serving the needs of keeping the Del
Ray Artisans running. Its culture of being a fun place for artists, members
and the community-at-large to meet and enjoy the wide range of exciting
arts, fun-themed gallery events and parties, now must come to an end due to
lack of people who don’t contribute even a few hours to guarantee success.
Do YOU want the above to come true? If not, then please, please offer to share a few
hours of your time to come to the aid of YOUR arts organization.
Together, we’ll make sure
the above does not happen and we’ll continue to bring terrific events to

Fun ‘n Games Redux
show a hit
|

|
What does one do when there is a smash hit show? Why one simply
“Reduxes” it two years later.
One dark and stormy night approximately 150 fans turned out to
celebrate the 2nd installment of Fun ‘n Games.
|
|
|
There was face-painting, limbo dancing and tarot readings as well
as fun-related art to purchase and, under a palm tree, grab bags galore.
Punching out Bozo in the Vent Tent was only slightly dampened by the
weather. All this and food, drink and music to restore the “humours” of
those who attended.
|
|
